Shengrun powder bulk cement tanker trailer, is for large quantities of dust materials (bulk cement) transport of special vehicles. It is suitable for the transportation of fly ash, cement, limestone, ore powder and other particles whose particle diameter is not more than 0.1m.
We choose high-tensile carbon steel material, welded by automatic Submerged-Arc processes. Tanks using automatic longitudinal/ring to the welding seam is firm and level off, can be independent warehouse storage, shipment different abrasive materials, unloeding speed, low residual rate, safety performance is high, easy to operate. Good performance of simple structure, convenient maintenance, vulcani zation.
Shape is round, V or M tanks, material can choose carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy. Can choose air compressor or direct drive transmission shaft (optional belt drive and motor drive). We adopt world famous brand of parts, like JOST, WABCO braking valve etc.
